We’ve built Ogav Grocery to help all Independent Grocery Store Owners to be able to compete with the main competitors in the market place: Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury’s, Morrissons, Iceland etc as well as make it through this difficult period. Whether you’re an existing customer of Ogav or not, we want to help you keep your revenue streams coming in with no hassle. The one off set up fee of £200 gets your bespoke branding, stock inventory, domain and shop online. A monthly license fee of £120 per month and 50p per order for the use of the software which includes ongoing maintenance, hosting, support and free upgrades. (The order fee can be absorbed into your delivery fees that you control and set up based on a mile radius. Online e commerce card payments with WORLDPAY ONLINE PAY AS YOU GO, at 1.4% + 20p per-transaction charge. No other hidden monthly fees or costs. (example: order value @ £20, paid by customers debit/credit card online = 34p cost to the merchant). We also set this up for you and is all part of the set up fee. So you don’t need to worry about anything.

Easily create, editing and disable products in your admin dashboard. You’re able to control everything about your products, special offers, coupons, without needing to contact us, although we’re happy to help you with our online chat available.
Ogav Grocery programs the delivery fee based on a mileage radius from the store. So for example we recommend that the initial first 3 miles is charged at £3 and for every additional mile above 3 you charge an additional £1 per mile. You can arrange to have freelance delivery drivers and agree a set fee for this or come to your own financial arrangement. eIther way you won’t be out of pocket.
Ogav Grocery is separate to your existing website so if you’re using WordPress, Squarespace or anything else, you’ll just need to add a link to your new online ordering website. If you don’t have a website, this will operate as the site, you can send your customers straight to your online ordering site as well as utilise other social media platforms, facebook, twitter, instagram, linked in.
So, for the initial first month we recommend you allocate £100 to facebook advertising. We will set this up with you and run and program your advertising campaigns. This will help drive traffic to your online ordering platform. Run campaigns and promotions in store, using your P.O.S internally. Utilise your shop windows and frames to promote your online.

Simply, we will complete the online application form in our admin dashboard on your behalf: Accept Card Payments. From here your application form will be processed for compliance and submitted to the provider; Worldpay Online. This should not take more than 72 hrs subject to the data submitted. For now, we’d recommend taking out a mobile card reader with you so that your driver never catches a customer cashless.
